He was able to pick up the rod even though his level is 138, I told him to throw the rod as he was misusing the bug, but he just replied with a simple "no" D:

i checked the chat logs, and at this time i can see that Scarlxrdd ask iyaad dz to drop the gun

scarl can you confirm that the player "iyaad dz" drop the heart rod after your message?

scarl took care of it as you can see. the player was already slayed after he wouldn't drop the weapon.
the next time he picks up the shining rod without being level 140, he'll be banned.
