Make a proper Unban Request , you can see from other examples how its suppose to be written:
Unban Request Form
- Nickname:
- Your ip and steamID:
- The reason of ban:
- Admin who banned you:
- Proof (screenshot of your console):
Respect the request form otherwise your request will be rejected.
This Post can be Trashed/Closed from Moderators and higher Staff.
