The gun you mentioned was very unbalanced. It was already in the server but people kept abusing it. After we fixed it (lowered its damage and how many people can use it) no one used it anymore. It was one of the hardest weapons to balance so It was removed. We also have lots of similar weapons which are a better choice in my opinion (mk, plasma 2.0, m4 knight)...etc
the primary issue with this weapon was setting a limit to it , the moment it got nerfed downright nullified the greater good completely making it futile removing it at the time was a must if any opportunity arises to impose a limit to it could make this a very good addition to the server , it's inherently a high level weapon like Gungnir and Deatheater it needs to have a limit to keep the game balanced otherwise the server is better off without it
