    Probably its a legit proof , this player was abusing that bug multiple times when i was on server , because yes , why not. Even after was warned about his doings. Also have a historic of rule breaking. Thank you for reporting. I recomand you get a steam account , because winter sales are coming and probably counter strike 1.6 will be under 1$ , so i will help you get it if you do not have an availeble method to pay via steam.
