I don't understand why they are in such a rush to upgrade
You have to be active for a long time, not make mistakes, do your job well, and then you can ask for a upgrade
In short, you must be an experienced professional halper. -
-1 i have no doubt that you would be a very good admin, but activity plays a big role in it,I have seen it from other staff requests, good activity also makes a lot more of a difference because the more active the staff is, the more chances there are to catch people deserving of a ban
