Well im afraid to tell you that you don't meet the requiements to be a part of the staff team because you lack one of the most important aspect which is Player reports because you only made one report which was false due to the lack of evidence
I'm afraid to tell you but it's a -1 this time
However don't lose hope my friend , you should keep on trying and focusing on the things that made this request unaccepted and fix them to improve and get higher chances !
