As far as i know is that you didnt even make any reports about people breaking the rules and.. you casually bhopping and begging all the times.. i dont know man, i think you're not ready to join the staff team until i sees you actually do smth useful for the community. So rn my vote for this is just -1

good activity but breaks rules too often, i just warned you for bhop again last map.
fix the points the others gave you, go read the helper requirements again and apply again in the future
