• Reason of complaint: He gagged two players during a normal conversation and later gagged me without any valid reason. I was simply defending a player who had done nothing wrong. His behavior was extremely immature and unprofessional.

I did not insult staff, argue aggressively, or break any server rule. The “use your brain” comment was first made by the helper toward another player. My involvement was limited to defending a player who had done nothing wrong and pointing out the context.

Gagging me for 5 minutes without a valid rule violation was unjustified. Explaining or defending a situation is not “arguing with staff.” Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the helper escalated it and then dismissed me by saying “mind your own business,” which is inappropriate for staff conduct.

This action appears to be based on ego rather than rules. I am asking for a proper review of this incident using the full context shown in the screenshots and for the gag to be acknowledged as incorrect.

The message quoted (“use your brain…”) was said by the helper to another player first. I did not initiate disrespect toward staff. When I responded, it was only to clarify the situation and defend fair play.

Instead of explaining or warning calmly, the helper escalated the situation by gagging me for 5 minutes and then telling me to “mind your own business,” which is unprofessional for staff behavior. Explaining context or defending another player should not be treated as arguing with staff.

I respect server rules and staff authority, but this action appears to be taken emotionally rather than based on rules. I request a proper review of this incident with full context, as the gag was unjustified.
