You only made 2 videos so far and why is it now that you going from helper requests to youtube requests.
Rejected to early for a application.
you have to make more videos before applying for this rank in the requirements states that already when you get accepted you need to make at least 2 videos per week, you made 2 videos only thats why you got rejected.
