first you need to stay active for week to apply for helper.
Also you got no reports and i haven't seen you warning others about rule breaking or helping players with questions/money/guns.-1

First of all you neee be active for 1 week ( playing everyday)
You don’t have any reports on forum , you need to report 5-10 players on forum
Help players with money and weapons also help them with questions or another simple things

Well you need to be active at least 1 week every day to request for helper, but you already wouldve get a rejection cause of the points giving above.
