On the topic: You dont do problems in the server, behaviour is good, but begging for weps, money is annoying. As i can see your activity is good. The fact you have exp. as admin is not very well, but everyone have the first time. Im 50-50, lets see the other guys what think. Pass for now.

About spam for weapons and money,improve that and to be part of staff you have to help players.
