i mean when new players joins i will help them to level up like giving them weapons money to have some fun in server

Thats not a reason to become helper.

We need helpers that punish those who break the rules of server and help the server grow

my real reason is to punish players that use binds in weapons and punish players that disrespect rules and at the same time helping new players
