[Lack of Authority] Critical Issue

Hello , i wish i was never motivated to write this rant about the Staff Team especially the Admin's but this issue is getting worse and it's affecting the Player's very deeply.It has come to my attention that majority of the current Staff Team have applied to their position for the TAG in-game and hunger for Power , it is very obvious that once they reach their highest position on the Staff Tier list they either stop playing (staying AFK so theres activity graph on gametracker to avoid being demoted or not join the server actively whatsoever) , now i also want to point out that each of these individuals have a daily routine and life obligations but this does not excuse themselves from doing their job which ultimately ruins the point of them applying to do their in-game duties which they have accepted voluntarily , this rant is not towards all of the Staff Team but i'm pretty sure they already know that. For instance there was a Hacker that managed to Speed Hack for the entirity of 2 Hours , and thats enough to make the Players enrage more and more towards the Staff , which isn't a good image for them. I will be providing proof (without their names to avoid extra hate for each one of them) and a suggestion to at least resolve the majority of this issue.

Suggestion : The Applicant must also include their Geographical Timezone (example GMT +1 , UTC-/+2) and also to really think about what they're applying for and not to think about it as a way of acquiring power and then disregarding their duties after achieving their goal . As for the higher up's my suggestion is to apply harsher penalties if the said admin/helper isnt doing their job or lacks activity/engagement on their position. Please take this as criticism and not hate.

I try to be active as much possible but I have irl job and can't be active how I used to be.

As for the "power" and "tag" players wanna get from becoming a start member cannot fully agree, but I can agree certain staff members are or haven't been active for a month or even longer.

I totally understand where your going with this and good, the hacker will be banned by me or some other admin when we get onto the server.

Yeah that was my point , and yes the criticsm was not towards all of the team but some of them , thanks for understanding my inquiry , now keep in mind that as a Moderator you're probably required to assist on more important matters regarding the Server so i do also get your point too.

well, there's daily voting section for staffs' to keep check and balance for them and those staff who don't take part in it for some time, they gets removed from staff's section which shows their connectivity and activity with the server. though some of the staffs are not active in the game but active in the forums. None of the things you've said make any sense which furthemore makes me think that you haven't even understood the matter of what i have written . Daily Voting is irrelevant when it comes to Staff "connectivity and activity with the server" as you have phrased it , now if you had said that about the Forums i would have agreed , now keep in mind that Daily Voting is one of MANY daily obligations that you have accepted whilst applying for your position and it should not be seen as a way of showing activity but more like a helping hand to the Server , I would like to also point out that you are a Helper and your duties are mostly in-game.
