Maybe he deserve it, but what he did to can deserve that to remove his nick from the blacklist? Server active - 0, forum active - 0, reports - 0, desire - 0 ?

If he wanted to be removed from the blacklist at some point (or now), why does another person make a post for the removal in his name?
He should have done it himself, make reports on forum, daily vote and be active.
