The demo wasn't clear but as i saw
The player itsmedi was strafing not Bhoping which is allowed
but on 3:25 to 3:35 there was bhop for a short amount of time

After seeing the demo, The player is clearly bhopping and will be punished according to the list

Demo is dirty, at the timestamps 3:41-3:43 shows no movement delay on his jumps, once again at 4:10 - 4:14 no movement delay between the jumps, once again at 5:02 - 5:05.
Player will be banned for 30 minutes.
