But every single player with lvl100 or more can pick up the gungnir, also you can buy it at level 140, so you dont need VIP to buy it or use it.

i think only +120 levels can use it better than 100
i think that gungir will help players non-VIP with levels up to 100 because it's hard rising level without gungir and it's bad to give gungir to every single player so I think if we could access pick up gungir to players up to 100 because if it stills just for VIPs it won't be much fun

Make suggestions that make sense, that gun is for level 140 and anyone over level 100+ can pick it up.
