Heart Rod glitch again

So just up until now a player asked me for a gun and i gave him a gun,but i droped my rod and he picked it up which i thought the glitch is back bc that player is lvl 56 and to pick the rod up u have to be 140+ or 140 lvl soo i thought i should share/give this information to the staff and the players.If u have any idea how to stop the bug i would like to know(players and staff)

yes when the server is full sometimes a low lvl player can pick the rod up
