There are sites where you can insanely increase your number of views

You can't just expect at that number of subscribers to have x or y amount of likes. Even youtubers with more subscribers can't get 10k or 20k likes per video. It depends on the content that he uploads. My channel doesn't have CS videos strictly, I upload FiveM and other games people may like or not. That's why the number of likes is lower on the videos of other games.
