The reason you got permanently banned is because you got 30 minutes ban in the 30 minutes ban you joined in the server which counts as ban evader since you used different ip or steamid.
Since this is your first time I will unban you next time if you do such thing like this again you will receive another permanent ban but then you can pay 20 euro to get a unban.

well since Wavee doesnt have his demo I can't say anything and in your demo isnt a full demo from the whole match so I cant see if you bhopped or not, about the gag that was unfair the staff will be more alert next time for now he will only receive a warning.
