You clearly didnt fix your behaviour from the previous rejections you got but still try to request im gonna tell you again.
-1 you bhop and beg you dont help the players out only sometimes with money and you have lack of reports made in forum also you arent that active you mention 7-10hour clearly you are lying as you can see your activity in gametracker.
Also you need to be 1 week active before requesting it.
