-1 you need to make reports, be active more and help players in the server not only with money or guns help them with questions and or redirecting to something they need etc etc..
Also you have 0 experience as a staff we need experience staff.

-1 not helping people, most of your report are not even solid as I watched them and looked like there are staffs in server but you keep ignoring and asking if they can punish them instead of reporting,
