providing a fake IP wont help you out to VPN is already forbidden to use, in the database this is your IP 41.251.170.178,
you got banned due to nick sharing and you had multi nicks.
you already received a chance from what I remember back then.
anyway I might as well give you another chance remember if you change your steamID and or your IP you will receive again a permanent ban without any chances.
also breaking the rules will get you banned as well.
