First, making unban requests without demo will instantly rejected. Next if you do that, upload your demo and post it in your thread. Second, you were instantly jumping without delay which means it's bhopping. (At boxes and structures.)
Make you jumps with at least 1 second delay or your punishments will increase.

Anyway, I found where and why you get punished. You were jumping instantly on zm_defense on the structure. Instantly jumpings is considering as a bhopping.
Rules clearly saying making delays inbetween your jumps at least 1 second. Punishment is given fairly. Wait for the ban expire.
