Its a game in my opinion if targetting isnt allowed the game will become boring and everyone is just killing afks and getting xp and it wouldnt be fun as much and many players will become bored and stop playing So in my opinion taregetting should be allowed

By seeing this message I think your mindset is like if u vote +1 in other people request they will +1 on yours too and it doesn't work like that u get +1 according to your performance

-1 Too soon in my opinion, you became a helper on 1st September.
Only 1 week has passed, take time being a helper and request for admin upgrade after 2-3 weeks.
Votes doesn't mean "higher change" of getting promoted, i don't know who told you that or that's what you think it is.
As for the reason to get promoted , other higher ranking staff will ban them and give punishment they deserve in due time.

try to apply after 2 3 weeks and Till then Prove yourself to be worthy of admin by helping/punishing players catching binders/hackers
