Neutral, i think this weapon was in the server long time ago, solid weapon for starters. Level required for this weapon should be less than 80 imo.

You only do reports, i have never seen you speak a word with a player in game, also you aren't helping players in the server. Fix those things and re-apply. -1

You're only communicating when you are begging for money and weapons, rule breaking, also when i've explained to you what to fix and what to do to become staff, you haven't listened a thing and continued doing the way you want, obviously it's not gonna work here.
