yup, ive been playing for some weeks and all that time i had my nickname registered

The problem is that i was playing when the server crashed/restarted/timed out and i rejoined only to find after i logged in that my level is gone, any suggestions or help would be apreciated.
Kinda played alot for me to get to level 54 and seeing it being wiped away is unfortunate, i enjoy playing on the server daily.
