this is not proof of a demo you just cut a couple of seconds out of the video you need to provide the full moment when you got slapped + nojumped,
also your childish attitude in discord got you away since I explained first to you that any kind of bhop is not allowed since you mentioned you jumped lot of times in a tunnel and my answer was that you micro bhopped.
after ignoring this you made another 3/4 tickets for no reason.
add the whole demo, otherwise this report will be set as false report.
If you had been so kind to at least, ask for the proof, instead of immediately closing my ticket as soon as your ego was hurt, perhaps I would have been able to send the demo file. It baffles me that you continue to have this awful, unprofessional attitude, even going as far to call me childish. In no way have I insulted you, what gives you the right to talk to me and treat me the way you have? Is this how you treat players that don't pay for VIP?
The chat logs are right there, which show your unnecessary hostility and lack of motivation to actually help me. Anyone with a smidgeon of dignity will say that you brushed me off for no reason, and continued to ignore me when all I did was ask for a clear explanation, if I could speak to a different admin, and a way to show you the reply. Instead, here I am, creating this lengthy forum report because of your horrible attitude.
I pray that someone more respectful than you will handle this ticket, because never in my decade of years of experience on game servers have I seen someone so uncaring for a player's problems.
