Yeah that was my point , and yes the criticsm was not towards all of the team but some of them , thanks for understanding my inquiry , now keep in mind that as a Moderator you're probably required to assist on more important matters regarding the Server so i do also get your point too.
Ofc totally understand what you meant and as for my rank, yes I can do more things as Moderator, trying to be active as much possible, at least 20-60+ minutes daily if the time being allows me to.
Other higher ups will probably reply here and say their own opinion.

Many of the staff is busy irl and can't be active on the server 24/7, that should be understanble.
I try to be active as much possible but I have irl job and can't be active how I used to be.
As for the "power" and "tag" players wanna get from becoming a start member cannot fully agree, but I can agree certain staff members are or haven't been active for a month or even longer.
I totally understand where your going with this and good, the hacker will be banned by me or some other admin when we get onto the server.
