Rod and gungir are much more powerfull then deatheater

  • Death Eater, a level 200 weapon, has been overshadowed by the recent Buff of the Rod. Both the rod and Gungnir have become exceptionally overpowered. While I used Death Eater throughout the entire map, two players Using rods and another player using Gungnir were consistently outperforming me in terms of kills. Either Buff the death eater as well or nerf rod ... like whats the point of a level 200 gun D:

  • well its a -1 obviously

    look the rod got a decent splash dmg (means extra kills f afks aren't far of each others)

    so its all about timing cuz that gun was and will always be like that

    i think its all about timing no more no less

    and lot of players got screenshots tht shows how much of an op gun death eater is

    not to mention that the rod already got some nerfs lately

  • yeah true i would have agreed with you if death eater were a lvl 165 gun , but it is supposed to be little more op then rod as its a lvl 200 gun and its nowhere equal you didnt take take distance into account rod can be used as a long distanced weapon but death eater can't ... ask any level 200 players they're dissatisfied with the current scenario , obv players who are below lvl 200 are happy but then again whats the point of a level 200 gun then

  • Regarding said weapons:

    - Gungnir -> My opinion is that M2 needs nerf.

    - Heart Rod -> I'd say it's balanced/borderline op for it's level so it should stay how it is.

    - Death Eater - No matter how hard we try to balance it, there's always gonna be someone complaining about it being too op/weak.

    There is a limit regarding guns damage so that the server doesn't turn into scenario mode from CSNZ.. In my opinion Death Eater is at it's best balancing

    state that it has ever been in. It might look weak to some that are used to using Gungnir or Heart Rod

    because it actually requires skill and movement to play with. My point is that it doesn't need

    a buff because it is strong, and that goes twice as much for people that have movement and don't stay in one place expecting not to die because its a level 200 gun.

    Rod was nerfed first to 50 bullets , but now it has 70 and its right click is also slightly buffed and due to that anyone will prefer rod and gungir over deatheater .

    i would suggest small buffs on death eater like increasing range atleast

    basically, yea. if u find death eater to be weak, then you are not able to use it since it requires for you to actually move and not stand in place far away sniping zombies.

    also my bad on this one, i forgot about the rod buff, the rod still didnt need it though imo.

  • Keshav came up with a logical explanation considering what level the weapon is at, and it sounds a little funny in the end assume it's just a skills issue (To be honest, who is skilled on the server?) Lit_FaZ1

    Considering the two most desired weapons by players ----> Rod and Gung , Deatheater becomes unbalanced, precisely because at a relatively long distance, it has no effect against zombies, that is, either you go after the zombie or wait for them come to you while running away from everyone who is engaged in kill you using madness and knife blink, forgetting the other players. Considering, solely and exclusively, the level at which the weapon is, its not a metter of always feeling dissatisfied with buff or nerf, but rather that a weapon that supposedly is in lv 200 should be stronger has a limitation that makes it much more useless than that for example rod and gung. It's not about being skilled to use it, because there's nothing skillful about buying chain saw to have more armor and keep jumping away from zombies until someone loses their mind and uses nojump against you. I repeat, it's not about never feeling satisfied, but rather that the conditian the deatheater is in, it becomes useless considering exclusively its price and the lv its in. So i agree with keshav, if you could at least change her range that would be nice.

  • As we know Death eater is a Shotgun based weopen if it has high range its going to be too OP.that many low level players will argue and complain about it. It is balanced right now .
    I understand your reasoning for death eater but its risky for the devs and the server

    At last someone agrees with me on this, the thing is the majority of people who reply here aren't even level 200 or level 180 and they won't know the pain of using a 200-level-weapon and watching it get overpowered by rod and gung users, and when someone raises a genuine issue. some keyboard warriors are ready to type "Skill issue" as if anyone requires skill to play this game, it's a freaking zombie game........

  • +1 If the discord kittens *MODERATORS ETC* will not come and put a whole poetry with 0 logic about the weapon maybe the weapon will be buff but like this its a waste of time

    THE WEAPON NEED BUFF 30-35 ammo and some damage I DONT CARE THAT ITS A BIT OP ITS A 200 LVL WEAPON ITS NEED TO BE LIKE THAT JESUS .

    Right now its garbage and some of yall let it to be like that ..sad world we live in


    Ps:Like some of *THE EXPERTS* come test the weapon 2 min and assume its to op cuz they make 100 kills ? Again on a lvl 200 weapon .,... 200
