He saying sorry for bhoping is not a gag word or even a swear word.You should have reported him for bhoping with a demo not him saying sorry for bhoping.
Don't make False Reports! and fix your English to understand the reports better.

and what about it i told u when i first responded to u it's a pointless reports he's not breaking any rules,unless u have a demo of him bhoping then that's otherwise if u don't have a demo of him bhoping it's a False Report!
