so as far for the insult he got auto gagged by the server so no need for that report,and for some reason i can't open the demo

at 15:40 in demo he can be seen using eater + saw so YES he is using Eater+Saw , punishment or warn ? the player is disobeying the rules multiple times .

I've check the log , i can see that you guys informed him about this rule
