Any Info on Upcoming server updates

    As we all know that Halloween is arriving in few days. We still don't know if there will be any updates for this holiday and for Christmas also.

    I don't know how others think about this post of mine. But I hope there will interesting updates for the upcoming holidays. It will be a fun and unique aspect to enjoy.

    Everyone is more then welcome to express their thought underneath. Cause different people have more different and unique ideas for the server so everyone can enjoy.

    So, Let the swarm of ideas by my dear friends begin.

    Note: I'm very excited to hear or read other people unique ideas

    Honestly I agree with u,getting Halloween and Christmas updates would be amazing,and brining a new atmosphere and fun items or skins for a period of time would be nice.

    Suggestions can range from like pumpkin grenades,myb getting scarecrows on the maps, I'm just naming few things,currently.i don't have many ideas,but I would like to hear some ")

    well your idea has been ours for long , and i agree with you

    However i hate to break it down to y'all but as long as the scripter NezajemSk isn't present we can't do anything about this

    Currently re3star?s is doing his best to add some guns and keep the server alive , but when it comes to change the gameplay atmosphere you're pretty much asking for the impossible since the scripter is absent

    I'm sorry to say this but could you please stop opening topics like major updates or anything related to skins , you can suggest some guns/maps but when it comes to this there is nothing we can do about it

    It's not like we want the updates immediately. The ideas are only piled up as a list here. So that, If there is an update the owners and scripters can take the already piled up ideas in this thread. Because updating the server and also thinking about unique and fun ideas can be rough and hard. So, "We" who are a part of the community can help the owners and scripters even if it only helps them a little on their effort so that we can let them know we the community are always ready to help when needed.

    *yawn* well.. hiring a scripter is not cheap and hard to find best ones in the cs 1.6 coummnity.

    The server has been like this for many months or years now.. no new updates.. no new contents.. just same thing over and over..

    Waiting for a new update everytime but i keeps losing hopes everytime till i came to the point that i gave up on playing.. i do sure miss the old days and everyone that i have met all along.. it was fun and all but i just really wish that carbon should really do something about it to make me change my mind on coming back again

    To be honest it is true that for such a big community,1 scripter who is absent right now puts the others like re3star?s and Carbon in a rough position because both of them have other important work to do in their life.

    As Kyu mentioned above, hiring new scripters are not cheap at all and cs 1.6 is one of the oldest games of valve, good scripters are very hard to find and if you do find a good scripter the amount to hire them is a lot.

    I don't believe this, there are dozens of talented scripters rn looking for such oppotunity
    Developing AMX MOD X plugins is been active for 20 years now and the community gets bigger everyday, i know that cause i been part of it lately
    You can just check AlliedModders and you'll see some scripters sharing their mind blowing plugin scripts for free

    You can say that I am a software engineer. If you can tell me exactly which programming language is used for development, maybe I will be a helpful part of this community, And I do my best to preserve this community.

    There won't be any updates for Halloween we might add the pumpkin nade for the Halloween that's the only thing I can do for now since Carbon told me to not add any updates for Halloween and also for the future I am doing my best on all updates that I provide, it takes lot of time to add something in the server and then the server cant handle it because to much resources sadly wasted kinda my time many times.

    for now I cant do any updates I can only do balance changes.
