Even though he threw that many bombs between all those bombs were a delay,so technically it's not a spam (for it to be spam the bombs need to come continuously,which in this case he didn't do that)

i rather hear other staff members opinions
and if its allowed then mb bc evrey spamm i saw befor got warned or bann with delay or no delay
i never saw admin telling players to delay ther bomb
I have no problem hearing other staff's opinion
But it's my opinion to think that's it's not a spam

I mean.. looking at the demo he did delays his jump bombs
So i think that is not spamming.

If the player has at least couple of seconds delay throwing those bombs its allowed if the player spams constantly without delay that is not allowed.
