u are not allowed to interfere with reports that u dident make ur self only staff are allowed
and besides the player was up ther doing nothink but sitting around and when he saw umer he start to attack so stop making a execuse for him

I see your point indeed
But in that map being stuck there is kinda impossible , so it is kinda obvious that he was there for quite some time and i guess he was waiting for a human there which is not tolerated at all
so the player will only recieve a warning just as an information that camping is not tolerated
