We can't help you very much only with this screenshot and according to the following players language from your screenshot,

We can gag lucas.777 for avoiding auto-gag for using bad words such as "colito" for 5 minutes but for the other players...

We don't have a specific rule to gag the other players with that kind of language (Only players that are directing insulting or cursing players/staff members; avoding auto-gag by using any other alternative bad words; spamming; making ads in our server etc.)
