Hello, next time try to record what you see or save your pre recorded demo from your cstrike folder ( you have here the tutorial: [Every One] How To Find/Upload Your DEMO (Full Tutorial)) to be a very solid proof.
We can't help you very much only with this screenshot and according to the following players language from your screenshot,
We can gag lucas.777 for avoiding auto-gag for using bad words such as "colito" for 5 minutes but for the other players...
We don't have a specific rule to gag the other players with that kind of language (Only players that are directing insulting or cursing players/staff members; avoding auto-gag by using any other alternative bad words; spamming; making ads in our server etc.)
Record next time to be a solid proof and respect the model for player report
lucas.777 will be gagged for 5 minutes for avoiding auto-gag.
ADMIN OpSs!: Has gagged lucas.777 from speaking for 5 minutes! (say / say_team / voicecomm)
Solved.
