Hello there
First of all Loofer is not a paid staff but he is an official member of our team.You have only uploaded an image of loofer slapping a person from which we cannot judge if he was abusing his powers or not because the player may be breaking some rule and loofer would be warning him.After that, The person who got slapped has said that he was stuck thats why loofer was slapping him which means he was not abusing his powers.You said that you uploaded the demo but it is nowhere to be seen.If you can upload your full demo, we can have further clarification on this otherwise it just seems like a false report. -
