so far as we know its not a general problem but it happens for some of the players, maybe something geolocation based
for now whoever faces with that issue can continue play from a nonsteam client
will come back later with more information
it seems problem related with the our infra, OVH network or ddos protection
so for now cant take any action and waiting a reply from them into ticket answer
still happens since yesterday?
from hosting company i got news if its still happening or not, other server owners reported that their players not getting that error since yesterday or since past 2 days

From the day they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Steam, it started working properly.
Although on Tuesday or Wednesday it kicked me out twice again with the error message, it didn't happen again after that.
from what i see the problem should be fixed according to other server owners feedbacks
