Removed Ethereal due to some bugs.
Added Balrog Ethereal instead of it + added it on supplyboxes & vipmenu.

Removed magnum launcher due to knockback + sprites problem. After if we can fix both i will add it again.
Also tested divine blaster, need to reduce its sprites (effects) as well so its removed too.
Spec keys enabled again (W A S D Duck Jump)
Ping faker enabled again for better/clear scoreboard (tab)
Till we add new guns, enabled thunderbolt+wa2000 again (rifle) and added thunderbolt to supply boxes.
