I would like to ask why i got gagged for 5 minutes?

So this guy called “Loofer is making gags for actually no reason,also i wasnt even begging,ive known lizz for long time,plus I even pay for the guns she drops. He is abusing his power as a Helper,btw he already got reported for talking badly towards me,not respecting me,honestly i dont even care about him its just he is abusing his powers as a Helper,and he talked several times degrading,and stuff like that. Also I wasnt even arguing i just tried to explain to him what i did and what begging means,but seems like his english skills are below the average.
