I was surprised to find out that I have been banned for using a "multi-nick." I sincerely believe this ban was triggered by a misunderstanding. During the period leading up to the ban, I was completely inactive and wasn't even playing the game because I was fully occupied with my final high school exams.
Any change in nicknames or account activity was absolutely not intended to violate the community guidelines, exploit the system, or cause any disruption to other players. It was purely accidental or due to my long absence.
Now that I have successfully finished all my exams, I am very excited to return to the game. I am planning to be highly active again, playing for about 3 to 4 hours daily. I truly love this game and its community, and I have always strived to be a fair and positive player.
I kindly request you to review my case and lift the ban, as it was an honest mistake and there was no malicious intent behind it. I assure you that I will strictly adhere to all the rules moving forward.

I think there is a misunderstanding. The ban reason is "multi-nick," which was completely accidental due to my long absence for my final exams. I have never used other people's names or engaged in "nickstealing." My real name is Ashraf, and "ashraf 2" is just my own nickname.
Now that I am back, I am more than happy to stick to one unique nickname from now on and follow all server rules. I kindly ask to escalate this to a senior administrator for a fair review.

I understand what you mean, and I apologize for trying to bypass the previous ban from last year. At that time, I didn't fully realize the severity of "ban evasion" and just wanted to keep playing the game I love.
I am not trying to make excuses, but a lot has changed since August 2025. I have grown, and I just finished my final high school exams. I am looking for a fresh start and a clean slate.
