Hello there, the mentioned player throwed a jump bomb and then a shock bomb and that is not spamming but before that there was some zombies down below throwing jump bombs and he might be there spamming, you should have aimed your crosshair on the mentioned player while he was spamming showing his name as a proof but since you didn't do that then we can't do anything about that because there was other zombies doing the same thing.
