CSO #2 Server Updates

On this topic I will post what I done so far, something new.

Hitbox fixer enabled.

• Fixes absolutely broken hitboxes when numblends == 1 (ducking/standing in reload weapon or plant c4 animation).
• Hitbox backtrack based on client-side position.
• Fixes broken hitbox position on spawn (since of correct backtrack)

Resources Checker enabled.

If a player have illegal files in his cstrike directory such as norecoil.cfg, aim.cfg and so on he will get kicked by the server before join.

Rechecker is a Metamod plugin that allows you to check client files by their md5 hashes.

Possible application:

• Detection of cheat libraries in the game directory
• Detection of missing required files for the game
• Detection of prohibited player models, or creation of a whitelist of allowed ones

Aim detector enabled.

Once it detect aim or nospread cheat, it will perma ban player ip

SpeedRun detector enabled.

It detects speedrun + namechange spam, once it detects, perma ban player ip

Coffin zm skills are nerfed exactly like on #1 now.

Zombie classes are updated

Supplyboxes are fixed

Added limit for survivor and boss

Im glad to say server is stable now, finally managed to fix lag/freeze problem after 3 months of debugging work.

Advantages

• High rate of fire
• Has the ability to zoom
• Medium recoil
• Cheap price
• High damage
• Can perform a kill with just one headshot

Disadvantages

• Loses accuracy in just several shots
• Loud sound which will attract enemies
• Inaccurate when spraying
• Heavy for an assault rifle

Tactics

• Aim for head, as it takes only one shot to perform a headshot kill.
• Use the scope when the crosshair has spread. The crosshair will go back to normal.

Advantages

• Can do explosive shots after continuous fire on a target
• Short reload time
• High accuracy and reserved ammo
• Usable scope
• Light weight
• Using scope does not affect rate of fire
• High magazine size for an Assault rifle

Disadvantages

• Expensive price and ammunition cost
• Low rate of fire
• Must shoot a single target to activate the explosive shots
• Low magazine size for dealing with zombies

Plasma Gun is added

Overview

Plasma Gun is a futuristic assault rifle fed with 45 rounds of plasma shells. Although the projectiles move slower than bullets, the damage is massive. It uses the powerful energy of plasma and destroys everything in sight. Its secondary fire activates the scope. However, the firepower decreases over range.

Advantages

• High damage
• Short reload time
• Decent accuracy and recoil
• Usable scope
• Does not increase zombies' anger bar
• High magazine size
• Projectiles deal splash damage
• Explosion could deal damage through thin walls
• Explosion does not inflict self-harm

Disadvantages

• Plasma does not hit instantly
• Expensive
• Low rate of fire
• Heavy weight
• The weapon's idle sound makes it hard to listen for footsteps

• Cannot perform headshot

Thunderbolt is added

Advantages

• Instant kill on humans
• Massive damage to zombies, bosses and walls
• Very accurate even when walking without using the scope
• Scope emits sound and reticle turns red whenever an enemy is targeted at
• Short reload time
• High penetration power
• Unaffected by Kevlar

Disadvantages

• Long drawing time
• Very heavy
• Expensive price and ammunition cost
• Low reserve ammo
• Single shot only
• Cannot share ammo with other weapons

M134 Minigun is added

Advantages

• Very high damage
• Very high rate of fire
• Large magazine capacity (200)
• Low recoil

Disadvantages

• Very heavy
• Need 1.5 seconds to warm up (except for Predator edition)
• Expensive
• Screen shaking when firing
• Low accuracy in long range
• Long reload time

• Runs dry very fast

Zhu Bajie Minigun added

It has the accuracy of M134 Predator (42%), lower recoil (-1%) and lighter (-4% weight) but it does lower damage (-1).

AK-47 Paladin is added

Overview

A special assault rifle chambered with 50 rounds of .50 BMG that can push away incoming zombies. It can be fired either in full or semi-automatic. If in possession, the user will be granted with the following buffs:

• High knockback power in both modes

• Boasts a number of benefits
• Moderate recoil in A mode
• Displays hit-markers

• Knockback remains the same for all zombies
• Can be enhanced

Disadvantages

• Expensive price
• Very high recoil in B mode
• Low rate of fire in B mode
• Obtainable through decoders and some certain events only
• Low spare ammo, except in Scenario modes
• Projectiles are slower in semi-automatic fire

• Cannot perform headshots with its semi-automatic fire even with Deadly Shot

Sapientia is added

Overview

This is a modified version of Colt Anaconda fed with 7 rounds of .50 AE Holy, a special ammunition made by holy water. Upon hitting zombies, the holy water will give an afterburn effect to the enemies.

• High accuracy
• Low recoil
• High rate of fire
• Light weight
• Short reload time
• Has afterburn and explosive effects
• Explosion can affect nearby targets
