[CSO] - Staff Gags/Slays/Bans/Bhop

WHAT STAFF SHOULD DO REGARDING GAGS / SLAYS / BANS / BHOP

1. Gags - If a [Player] swears/insults on the server and it shows **** (fuck) (shit) etc , for example , the Server already gags the Player for 1 minute so It's not necessary to add the extra 5 minutes towards the already given punishment.

1.2. Gags - [Player's] spamming "/zpmenu" "/rs " "/get" in the in-game chat (or any other command 3+ or more times ). Any other commands /messages , warn them first to stop spamming , and if they don't stop just issue the punishment's in this order ; 5 minutes gag , 10 minutes gag , 30 minutes gag etc.

1.3. Gags - [Player] insulting a Staff Member, gags can range from 15 minutes - 1 hours , or longer if they continue insulting or the insults are worse for the Staff Member.

1.4. Gags - Ungag Requests will be Accepted if the Player: promises not to swear ever again, or it is the first time they're getting Permanently Gagged. Ungag Requests will be Rejected if the Player: makes multiple Ungag Requests even though they were Rejected, continuing to be toxic in other ways on the Servers ( camping on guns , bhoping , insulting other player's via private messaging , amx_psay ).

2. Slays - [Player] BUYING SURVIVOR/BOSS TWICE on the map, they will be SLAYED, the second/third time they will receive a 1 day ban, if their actions continue, more days will be added to the Bans ( Example: Player bought SURVIVOR TWICE 3 times, they will get 3 day ban. ).

2.1. Slays - [Player] CAMPING on guns,spots waiting for Humans to come IS NOT ALLOWED! If the Player is seen camping,Staff Member must warn them to "STOP CAMPING" and Slap them 3 times with 0 DMG to make them move ,if they don't move from the camping spot, Staff Members can slay them ( After 3 slays, they will get banned for 30 minutes or more if they continue camping after the first Ban. )

2.2. Slays - [Player] TEAMING is NOT ALLOWED! If the Player is seen teaming with the opposite team ( Zombie VS Humans), Staff must warn them that "TEAMING IS NOT ALLOWED!" If the Player continues teaming, Admins can ban them for 1 day ( with a demo or a short recording showing them teaming, if the other [Player] is seen teaming aswell, both will be BANNED! )

2.3. Slays - [Player] FAKE AFK-ing is NOT ALLOWED! Example: [Player] goes "AFK" when they die/get infected therefore becoming a Zombie, but will only attack or move if another player gets closer to them. First, they will get warned that "FAKE AFK IS NOT ALLOWED!", if they continue doing it after being warned, Admins can ban them starting with 30 minutes bans ( if they're continuing to do the same actions , more minutes/hours will be added to their bans. )

3. Bans - If a [Player] has been spotted using aimbot or any kind of cheat, bhop scripts etc , they will be banned PERMANENTLY !! There is no second chances for people who ruin others enjoyment / fun on the Server.

3.1. Bans - If a [Player] has been spotted changing their Nickname a lot of times , Admins must check the "status / amx_showip" "Nickname/Steamid/Ip" to see if that player is on the list and punish them accordingly. If they are not on the list and are stealing someone's nickname, banning their STEAMID or IP will work ( banning the nickname can ban the actual owner of that nickname , so be careful. )

3.2. Bans - Unban Requests will be Accepted if the Player: promises not to break the rules again, or it is the first time they're getting Permanently Banned. Unban Requests will be Rejected if the Player: makes multiple Unban Requests even though they were Rejected, continuing to change their IP to join the server ( ban evading ), nick stealing, speedhack etc.

4. Bhop - If [Player] has been seen BHOPING , hyper scrolling , bhopping macro/hyperscroll/scripts , bhopping on tight spots to move faster AND MORE , an example would be a tunnel, will get warned that "ANY KIND OFBHOP IS NOT ALLOWED !!" If they continue doing it after the warnings and slaps. Update for NOJUMPS / BANS -> Changed / Updated BHOP Rule and its Punishments for NO-JUMP / BANS.

- BHOPING - Slapping the player 2-3 times with 0 DMG to get their attention they are doing something against the rules , if they continue then nojump. ( this rule can be effective if someone is CAMPING/HIDING AS ZOMBIE since those are considered as rule breaking as well. )

If the Player has been warned/slapped for BHOP in the concurrent map , and they still BHOP, you don't have to warn/slap them again.

After the map change , you have to repeat the warn / slap process.

- STAFF IN SPECTATE - Max amount of staff in spectate is 3. Moderators and higher ranks can stay in SPECTATE AS AFK.

Helpers/Admins cannot be AFK in spectate, if they have to be AFK they can just stay in CT/T teams.

Mods and higher can stay in Spec and AFK , but if there are Staff that are actively punishing the Offenders , they should not get into their way and leave spectate and AFK in CT/T instead.

- ABUSING BUGS - If someone finds an exploit or a bug that makes the gun very powerful , they will get warned to not abuse the bug. If they continue doing it = 30 MINUTE BAN will be last resort if they don't stop.

One of the known bugs: Knife Blink bug that makes the Zombie floating in the air while attacking a Human , if they don't let go of left / right click or continue doing the bug again = 30 minute BAN or more if they continue.

There is probably more BUGS but were not discovered, DO NOT ABUSE BUGS in your advantage.

- CHAT - This is for everyone , do not be toxic / finding alternate ways to swear or in anyway to provoke players so they get gagged / start a fight in the chat.

They can make a report in forum if they feel they got an unfair punishment such as a gag / nojump.

- ACCUSING STAFF WITHOUT PROOF - Accusations towards the Staff Team will be disregarded until provided with solid proof , any accusations made by the Players/Staff will be ignored/warned.

Spreading misinformation about the Official Server Rule's is highly discouraged and the Players/Staff will be ignored/warned.

- TAGGING ON REPORTS MULTIPLE TIMES - Tagging or mentioning Staff in Report Threads/Unban Requests should be only done once , when their assistance is required, tagging them for no reason or tagging them without investigating the matter is highly discouraged and will be ignored / warned.

BHOP RULE will be back to "ANY KIND OF BHOP IS NOT ALLOWED !!" how it was before.

This will stay the same on the Server Rules from this THREAD; MANUAL / MACRO / STRAFING / SCRIPTS / HYPER-SCROLL / STRAFE-HELPER IS PROHIBITED TO USE !!

ANTI-BHOP Plugin detects false-positives and players cant play normally ( either as Humans/Zombie or Boss ) so it will be / was REMOVED !!

Punishments will be RESTARTED / CLEANED after 24 hours ( 09.06. ) (if someone gets NO-JUMPTED / BANNED during this period today , it wont count tomorrow when the list is restarted / cleaned )

If a player is seen BHOPING = STAFF has to SLAP AT LEAST 3 TIMES with 0 DMG to notify the Rule Breaker to stop BHOPING , if they DO NOT STOP = can issue the according PUNISHMENT ( either NO-JUMP / BAN )

BHOP punishments for NO-JUMPS: 5 MINUTES NO-JUMP ( 3 TIMES NO-JUMPS MAX ) - 10 MINUTES NO-JUMP ( 3 NO-JUMPS TIMES MAX ) - 30 MINUTES NO-JUMP ( 3 NO-JUMPS TIMES MAX )

BHOP punishments for BANS: 30 MINUTE BAN ( 3 TIMES FOR 30 MINUTES BANS MAX ) - 60 MINUTE BAN ( 3 TIMES FOR 60 MINUTE BANS MAX ) - 2 HOURS BAN ( 3 TIMES FOR 2 HOUR BANS MAX ) , after the last 2 HOUR BAN is reached BHOP PUNISHMENTS ARE RESTARTED TO NO-JUMPS AGAIN ( Example; you get banned 2 hours for the THIRD TIME = next time you will get NO-JUMPTED again till BANS will occur after the last NO-JUMP for the THIRD TIME. )
