What is the point of making a player report if you're on the Staff Team , you could've easily forwarded the demo to the #staff-chat we have , and an Admin with the appropriate rights would've issued the punishment.

There is a staff chat for that reason or you can use the admin chat on the server if there is an admin online to ban/check the rule breaker.

Next time send it to staff chat or tell an admin(if there is any on the server) to ban the rule breaker, this wont be closed/trashed.
Player will be banned for 30 minutes due to bhoping.
