Since this midnight,
Gameserver's FTP & Panel Accessibility suspended due to hosting problems.
Hello,
Sadly for almost 12h our game servers hosting service (Krond Functions) has a massive malfunction and the accesibility for our FTP & WebPanel through FileZilla ,WinSCP or WEB is not avalaible.
Also, we don't know if its caused by the OVH datacenter fire or other reasons.
We will keep you updated and in this mean time for the Managers team is recommended not to accept any admin untill problem isn't fixed since we cant do anything on FTP or on the Panel.

Resolved - OVH has completed their hardware diagnosis and performed the necessary maintenance on the server. The issue was not related to a hardware failure. All servers are now back online and fully operational.
We will be performing preventive maintenance on our hardware in the future to avoid situations like this.

Update - OVH technical teams will be intervening on server LIM3-4585PX to perform a hardware diagnosis and repair. Services hosted on this node may experience instability or downtime during this period.
This intervention is being carried out by OVH infrastructure teams. We will keep you updated as we receive information from our provider.

Monitoring - We noticed errors in the morning on the network card, signal loss/loss during the day.
Towards the evening, we were asked by the OVH team to make backups. We started the backups on LIM3 and in the following moments, the network card or again the motherboard broke down.
We asked for the rapid intervention of those at OVH and their investigation.

Resolved - We have resolved the latency issues that some of you may have experienced. Everything is back to normal and running as expected.
If you notice any further issues, please report them to us immediately so we can investigate and address them as quickly as possible.

Scheduled - Our FastDL server will be undergoing scheduled infrastructure maintenance today, April 1st, between 07:00 and 13:00 UTC (Frankfurt datacenter).
During this window, map/resource downloads may be slow or temporarily unavailable. Gameplay on servers is not affected, only new players downloading maps for the first time may experience issues.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Everything should be back to normal by 13:00 UTC.
