Reason that you want to be get a upgrade: to get more access commands for punishing rules breakers, because every time i caught some one evading the ban or the player next punish is ban, i have to contact admins or moderators to join and punish him, so i want to do it by my self, i know my activity time is a little bit bad this days, that because i have school, so i can play only in my free time, when i back ill be active every day, I PROMISE!
