-1 Why did u rush to join the Staff Team without fixing your behaviour , you have little to no communication with the Player's who ask questions or need something , i've checked the chatlogs and 60-70% of the times you speak a different language on the server , you're also still bhopping , just because u made a couple of reports doesnt make you a worthy candidate , if i were you i would've fixed my behaviour and applied next month or so , this is rushed.

Yes, you are active on the site, and you vote in the Daily vote, and you do reports, but this is not enough. You must help the players on the server and play as well.
