After watching the demo, i don't think what the player "HelloThere" did consider bhop, he was literally stunned by humans shots, so he was jumping in the same place.

He was bhopping at tight places to avoid being killed/hit , that is not allowed , the offender will be punished accordingly , thanks for your report.
