mhmmm, maybe it's a good idea, but i suggest for the points to be 5/5 rather of 10/10, 10 points so much !

+1, good idea also taking points from ppl who make reports without proof too

Too much for the staff, what about those who don't arent active on punishments/server much? Get removed ?

Also what can staff do with +1, so you are stating that other players when they get +1 they get help when achieving such as slot etc. But staff just get +1 for what? It's gonna be pointless for the staff then since most of them are doing their job perfectly fine, and won't get anything in the return when they achieve 10/10..
